Return policy


According to the GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights under contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer (private clients) benefits of 14 days to withdraw (withdrawal period) from the contract without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any costs other than additional costs.

THE CONSUMER is defined by law as „any natural person or group of individuals established in associations, acting for purposes other than its commercial, industrial or production activity, handmade or liberal activities" (Consumption code, OG 21 /1992, Law 193/2000).

Usually, the 14-day period begins to run from the moment the consumer gets into the physical possession of the products.

The consumer will have to bear the cost of products return in case of withdrawal. Additional costs are any costs (transport, delivery, decreasing of value of the products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary for determining the nature of the qualities and product function, postal charges or any other taxes), to be borne by the consumer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

The return of the products must be made at HERSE DECO S.R.L. with the office in Pinului (Pine) Street, No. 18, Baltata village, Sarata Commune, Bacau County, Romania, within 14 calendar days from the date on which the products were received.

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the CONSUMER will inform HERSE DECO S.R.L. about his decision to withdraw from the contract by choosing one of the following options:
a) using the withdrawal form. b) by electronic transmission to the office@cristherart.com address of an unambiguous statement, in which he expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract. c) by sending in physical form an unambiguous declaration, in which he expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract, at: Herse Deco S.R.L., Pinului(Pine) Street, No. 18, Baltata Village, Sarata Commune, Bacau County, Romania, 607356.

HERSE DECO S.R.L. will confirm the withdrawal intention of the consumer.

HERSE DECO S.R.L. will refund all the amounts received as payment from the consumer, not later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed about the consumer's decision to withdraw from this agreement.

The refund of the sums collected will be made by bank transfer. The date of the refund is the date on which the HERSE DECO S.R.L. account is debited.

Attention! The costs related to the transport of products are not refundable.

Products that meet (cumulated) the following conditions can be returned: a) do not exceed the period of 14 days from the date of receipt; b) correspond to the technical specifications mentioned in the order; c) have not been the subject of a special order; d) have not been distinctly customized at the request of the consumer -i.e. have been executed according to the consumer’s specification (3D simulator configurations); e) does not present any signs of impacting or damage; f) shows no visible traces of wear; g) the packaging and product identification labels are integral; The label exists and can be read/scanned; h) are accompanied by accessories belonging to the product;

Failure to comply with the above conditions, as well as the placing the product, by any means, in an improper state of sale, may lead to refusal of return.

The products are returned in the original package, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and/or the purchase tax receipt, as well as the original documentation related (technical sheets, user manuals, technical documentation, warranty certificates and/or compliance certificates).

The customer is entitled to receive partially the paid consideration for the returned products if they are in a state of diminished resale value (do not have all the components, deficiencies, do not have the initial documentation or other causes that alter the original product).

The conditions underlying the return refusal are: 1. The customer is a legal person (clients with legal personality are not entitled to denounce the contract unilaterally, the legislation in the field refers only to individuals); 2. The consumer has not notified HERSE DECO S.R.L. about his withdrawal within the legal term. 3. The consumer has returned to HERSE DECO S.R.L. products which do not meet the conditions outlined above.

If the return conditions are not respected, HERSE DECO S.R.L. will not accept the return. In all cases, the return/re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
The withdrawal of purchased products which was made repeatedly (at least twice) will be considered an abuse, and Herse Deco S.R.L. has the right to refuse a new delivery to that customer or address.
